"The staff at the entrance was great! Specially a guy forgot his name , got the early before my check in , he offered to get my luggage and also gave me towels to use the pool in the mean time! Great experience"

"Check in was very difficult they wouldn’t let us unload our bags without paying $45 even though we weren’t actually parking, the photos on website does NOT resemble the actual place. My hotel room was actually next door in an entire different building took about 20 minutes to locate. Staff was not very welcoming, the elevator was out of service so i had to use the stairs. The room was at the end of the hall near an exit door that stayed cracked open the entire trip. The room door itself did not have a chain nor were they any towels in the bathroom. The room phone did not work so i had to walk next door to front desk for towels for the gentleman to tell me that he would bring them & never did. I requested them again the next day and another staff said the door was locked, when I requested to speak to management they said that they weren’t there. Last but not least I never received my deposit & now they’re not answering and im back in my home town. Will never return, dont waste your money I would not recommend!!"

"There were bed bugs in the room. We found one in the blanket and one in the bathroom. My son was full of bites in the morning. We stayed for a night to ride a shuttle and catch early flight the next morning. We were in a hurry for our flight, otherwise we would not have left without reporting and asking for answers. We didn’t expect such an issue from branded hotel like this. Horrible experience."

"Very nice hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. They allowed us to check in early and pay for late check out in advance. They gave us our credit for food and drinks. The room was clean and eccentrically decorated. They also left us chocolates and ear plugs since the airport is not that far away. We went to lunch and dinner in the restaurant and the food was good. Please be aware that there is a 20% gratuity added to all bills at the restaurant. Next day went down to breakfast and there was a nice selection. They have a self-serve breakfast and it has cereal muffins bagels bacon etc. We took a moment to sit outside at the outdoor pool which had plenty of seating. There is nothing around the hotel so keep that in mind if you need a bunch of stores or restaurants. Not sure if it was a slow day at the airport but the planes were not an issue. The TV also had good channels so that drowned out the planes. Would book with this hotel again."

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Fontainebleau. The condition of the room fell far below expectations for a hotel of this reputation and price point. Upon arrival, the room was noticeably unclean, with dirty carpeting and an overall lack of proper housekeeping standards. Additionally, several fixtures were outdated or not functioning properly, including broken light fixtures and a malfunctioning door key reader, which created unnecessary inconvenience. Equally concerning was the level of service. Interactions with staff were consistently unprofessional and, at times, outright rude, which only compounded the negative experience. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service. I would not recommend this property based on my experience."
