Mostly didn't like it. Staff were "nice" but entirely unhelpful. Trip started off with th code I was given not working and it took a few hours until I was able to get one that worked to open my door. No one removes your trash. There is no housekeeping which one is only informed of in small print. Filtered water in lobby broke so we were given miniscule bottles of water. My friend's room had mold in the bathroom. Internet didn't work for three days and staff didn't seem to care. I was told to report it through the app. When I did that they didnt care and just gave me the name of a nearby cafe and said I should go there. What?! Photos on website are misleading. The photo of the lobby shows a big, attractive (bamboo?) desk that doesnt exist. Would never recommend to anyone.

We loved our room. Good style and bed was very comfortable. 1 thing I would change are the bathroom trashcans. Another would be a more modern water dispenser machine as we filled out water bottles often.

Terrible experience!
One of the worst stays we’ve had in awhile, no hot water for first 24 hours and after it was “fixed” barely any water came out. Photos are not reflective of the property and the tv didn’t work either!

Unfortunately our room was on the 4th floor with no elevator, which we were not prepared for. The sofa was filthy, the hallways were very dirty. It took 4 hours to get a blanket. Had to kill a spider in the bedroom. The night watchman was rude when we asked him for coffee.

Tonalá Roma Norte Mexico City
Overall a pleasant stay. However the bathroom had no ventilation, it would stay hot and steamy all day after a shower, and the water flow in the shower was terrible. The water shot out of every direction but the center.
