"The Ritz was a terrible experience. They refused to change our date, leading to endless back-and-forth with both Expedia and the hotel. We ended up leaving two days early, and they didn't even approve our refund. The front desk staff provided absolutely no customer service. The air conditioning barely worked, and the floors were dirty. Rooms are not sound proof you could hear everything, I strongly advise against staying here."
