"While the staff were nice and friendly, and responded to my requests, the breakfast was good along with prepared sandwiches, the rooms were priced 3-4 times higher than normal because of COP29. The room I thought I was getting from the photo and the room I received did not match expectations. "
"What a great room. Had everything you can imagine and it was sparking clean. The hotel staff was friendly too.
The location was great too, only a 10 Minute walk from the most happening mall in all of Baku."
"Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel if i come back to Baku your hotel will be my first choice"
"The staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english.
The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted.
Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff."

"I enjoyed my stay here. It is walkable to Heydar Aliyev Centre and there are many public transportation options. The breakfast was good and they also offer a buffet lunch for a small price. There are a few doner places nearby and a mini mart for small snacks. The only downside was that the walls are rather thin so you can hear the loud conversations from the the next room over and doors slamming throughout the night. The staff and service was good, I would stay here again."
