The reception team were really helpful when we emailed ahead of our trip, and we found the option to leave luggage at the building before our check in and after check out a real bonus. "We had a lovely short holiday by the sea. The view from our terrace was fantastic. Valencia was buzzing with preparations for Las Fallas festival so it was nice to retreat to the hotel which is a short walk away from the centre. The bar in the hotel lobby is a great place to people watch and the staff are often busy but very friendly. We had a lovely afternoon bobbing around in the spa with the water jets in the sunshine. Lovely room with a very comfortable bed in a great hotel and welcoming staff."

"Room was clean and easy check in. However the air conditioning was terrible it did not keep the room cool it kept switching itself off until I asked and apparently auto kept it on but this also kept switching off. Even when it was on it didn't really do anything. We had to open the windows and this is a very busy area so was very loud with motorbikes in particularl. The noise would have been fine if it was possible to close the windows. Spa was closed which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel with no prior warning this would be the case."
