"Amazing location! I love the neighborhood surrounding, beautiful strolls and views for your drive or walk in the morning. No free breakfast like your Holiday Inn or Marriot stays but overall I loved the stay and what it did have to offer. The location was a huge bonus/pleasure I was so pleased with the activities available all within a 15 minute drive. 15 minute walk to an iconic Dive Bar, the Goat 🐐 Hill Tavern. I highly recommend this place! They do cocktails for $4! A nice upscale dive bar. Offering pool tables and air hockey. 🏒 we had a blast! 💥 and no worries about DUI! It was right next to bed. We walked the streets of California and felt like bees gees. Or as I must mention the Beatles. 10 minute drive to the most beautiful beach, 🏝️ nothing like the Florida beach and California beaches, the best of both worlds! 🌎 15 minutes from Bay Island 🏝️ Fun Zone! And not to far of a drive from the Famous Balboa Island, 🏝️ knows for the iconic ferry. ⛴️ and I didn’t get the opportunity but I highly recommend taking a visit to Santa Catalina Island 🏝️ "

"The GM is awesome! He let me in an hour early and didn't charge me. To be honest though the TV sucks and for the money you can get more in the same neighborhood for a couple of bucks more! I Will go back if desperate, but not worth the money!"

"The room was good a little dated but it was fine we only had one issue while there and that was the tv wasn’t working meaning they couldn’t get the channels to come on but I was able to connect to my Netflix account so that was fine, plus they ended up giving us free breakfast coupons for our stay and didn’t charge us for parking for the inconvenience! The staff there were great very friendly overall it was a good place and I would defiantly stay there again!"

"It’s a rare older less expensive motel with No bugs! They keep it clean and well maintained. Staff is very nice and welcoming. A fridge and microwave make it convenient . Some other low cost motels in the area charge extra for those or don’t have them. I’m a single senior disabled female so quiet and safety is important. There’s a pool and jacuzzi. It's a good family destination too. "
