"Hotel is a bit outdated, my room had a little bit of a cigar smell, and our tv remote never worked. It’s an ok place to stay for business or a quick place to stay but didn’t really fulfill the quality standards of a “Westin” for me. "

"Clean and lean room. Staff allowed us to change from single bed to double with ease. We were not aware that parking was extra cost. Bummer! Close to airport. Could use a refresh to public areas. "

"From the first day of my stay until checkout, my experience was very disappointing. We had to switch rooms multiple times due to ongoing issues. The first room had bedbugs, which forced us to move immediately. We then upgraded to a remodeled room, which looked much better; however, the WiFi was extremely poor and unreliable, making it difficult to use. Because of this, we had to move a second time. In the third room, the WiFi was finally acceptable, but the air conditioning did not work properly. The room was very hot for the last two nights, which made it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Additionally, our room was not properly serviced—there were no clean towels provided, and housekeeping did not maintain the room as expected. While I will say that the customer service staff were polite and did their best to assist, the overall experience was unacceptable. I am especially frustrated that I was charged for an upgrade despite the ongoing issues and lack of satisfactory accommodations. Overall, I did not get much rest during my stay and left very dissatisfied. "

"I had to change rooms due to a cleanliness issue but luckily the front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. The room I ended up getting was a bit cleaner, although I did have a pincher bug as a bed mate when I want to tuck myself in."
