"Arrived with a very welcoming,Jo was excellent she makes you feel very welcome, breakfast was all over the place bumbing into each other some of the staff did not know what they where doing they stand about chatting a lot .had a evening meal once again staff should help customers more they seem to chat with each other than do there job also breakfast was there times and the salt shaker was not filled after been told lovely clean and comfortable room food was good .we will be back to stay next time we come up that way thankyou "

"Our automated check-in was easy - just make sure to follow the instructions. The location was fairly convenient, just a few minutes' walk away from the bridge across the river into downtown Inverness. Our room was comfortable. Parking is NOT ideal here - it is a 5-space lot that really only fits 3 cars, so your odds of being blocked-in are pretty high. Luckily, we parked on the right side where we couldn't be blocked in, but we saw this happen to others and the House has a warning for drivers to leave their contact information on their dashboard if they block someone in."
