We just turned our AC on and it drowned them out."

The air conditioner didn’t work and air filter required replacement. The TV didn’t work. Every channel was blue. The lamp on the night stand didn’t work. Once we went upstairs via the stairs to our room which was located on the third floor a very sketchy man in the room next to us ran passed us down the stairs. He repeatedly opened and closed his door loudly and exited the stairs several times. I called down stairs but no one ever answered. My biggest problem with the location was that they took a picture of my drivers license. When I asked why she said it was due to Yuba City police checks. I requested the copy back in the morning. Which the returned. "
