Fiesta Americana - Merida
There was a problem with the plumbing, no water the first day, when the water came back, it was dirty for the rest of the night. The hotel did not offer any discounts or make amends for the issue.

Nice hotel with an excellent breakfast literally one block from all of the main attractions. It has a gym and a pool, and the staff are really nice.
