My stay at Hotel Casa Balam was truly wonderful. The place is beautiful and has a lovely colonial charm that creates a very special atmosphere. The facilities are well maintained and everything was spotless; the cleanliness was excellent and the sheets were impeccable. The staff deserve special mention — everyone was extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is also fantastic and very convenient for getting around. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, they have an agreement with a parking lot just a few meters away, which makes things very easy. I would definitely come back without thinking twice. It was a great experience.
