For the price its great for a stop over. The only thing i would recommend is get some new towels for the bathroom. Our towels were so worn out and frayed .

WIFI was not working, the hotel has 3 floors but not elevator nor bellboy to help out with luggage. A/C's noisy, very old. Pool was out of service for reparation.

Big Thumbs up very well situated, has a grocery store next door for all your needs, rooms come with a mini fridge and a mini electric range, I dont know if all the rooms have them but ours had a tarrece with a quante bistro table and chairs, there is a taco stand maybe a 1/2 block away that makes some killer tacos, walking distance from Costco, a huge Mall, a Few night clubs, bar and grills, Commuter bus stop is right up front, nice pool and air conditioner was working great, will definitely stay here again!!!

People from the staff were extremely friendly and serviceable. All my questions and needs were always great resolved. The room was always clean. The only issue was the internet wifi at the room, which was very weak and intermittent. For sure I’ll come back to Merida and I’ll choose Siglo 21 Hotel!!

I’m not buying the hotel.

The hotel met my expectations for my trip plans. Walking distance to a mall, Costco, The Grand Museo Maya. Parking spaces in front of the hotel, rooms and hotel very clean, coffee and bread (pan dulce) every morning. One block from hotel there is a good taco place to dine or take to go even they do deliveries highly recommended. I’m not rating this hotel on buying it terms, Only for their services and convenience to my trip it was wonderful price and location.

It’s not bad just not a nice place. We didn’t have any blankets in the room. Hot water took the longest time I have ever had. Ended up taking a cold shower before the hot water finally made it to the room. Moving to another place today.

Room just as described. Fridge, hot water, daily service of filtered water. Service is excellent. Daily housekeeping was top notch. Easy to arrive via taxi or public transportation. My room faced the street but that was not a problem in terms of peace during both day and night. Close to several malls. There was only one minus point, and it was their wifi that I couldn't rely on. Nothing to really complain about at this fare and maybe I just had bad luck. Overall I had all the peace and relaxation I needed.
