"Ce fut une première expérience dans cette chaîne d’hôtel pour nous et celle à l’Hôtel du Vin de Stratford upon Avon fut très réussie. Notre chambre était spacieuse avec des attentions portées pour que notre séjour soit le plus confortable possible. Nous étions en demi-pension (déjeuners et soupers); le restaurant offre une excellente qualité avec des plats bien soignés. Le service fut absolument impeccable du début à la fin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les jeunes femmes à la réception, pleines de ressources pour nous aider et conseiller et toute l’équipe de la salle à manger. Formidable expérience !"

"First stay in the Crown Plaza in Stratford upon avon but we try to go two or three times a year,and have stayed in quite a few different Hotels, but the Crown Plaza is my favourite,it's a beautiful Hotel,the room was lovely and the staff are wonderful friendly and so helpful,the place is spotless and the garden overlooking the river is so nice to sit and have a meal and drinks,can't wait to hopefully go again before too long."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel situated in the middle of Stratford upon Avon literally a minute walk to Shakespeare’s birth place home. The staff are so helpful and nice. We arrived late yet still able to grab dinner in the restaurant at 9pm. The food here is outstanding. Breakfast included also on point. Truly we didn’t have anything negative to say about our stay. "Although the property is undergoing renovations, staff apprised in advance so it was not a surprise when we arrived. And! the workmen were not only accommodating but quite genial. The room was well appointed and the amenities were great (love the biscuits!). The complimentary breakfast is really tasty with a lot of choices. Best.hotel.ever!!!"
