We had a lovely stay at the MO Jakarta. The outstanding factor was the staff - kind, helpful and efficient. With extra touches, our stay exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you.

Very helpful staff and good facilities overall. Small gym but empty when I used it around 6pm both days.

Staff were very courteous & polite. All the staff including securities from morning until evening made you feel very special 🙂. One of the best hotel I ever stayed. Special thanks to fellow named Satria, who was very helpful more then one occasion 😀. Hotel itself is a old colonial building which has been converted in to an unique hotel. I wish stayed there longer.

This is an amazing hotel, centrally located in Menteng Jakarta. The staff go beyond what I'd expect, they are amazing and go out of their way to ensure that you're comfortable and happy. Rooms are enormous and extremely well appointed, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Easy walks to public transport, shops and cafes/restaurants if desired and the hotel can and will organise transport if required. The breakfast is a la carte and exquisite, which you can order to your room or to the restaurant...

It was very comfortable.

The hotel is modern, comfortable and well run. Grand Cafe is a bit dull, but the Burgundy Bar and C's Steak & Seafood Restaurant is excellent. Club Level breakfast was pedestrian, but a minor issue.

Hotel yang sangat rekomended sekali.

A wonderful oasis in Jakarta. Incredible buffet breakfast, excellent service from a very friendly staff.

A lovely hotel good sized room Friendly staff Good location

Hotel was great, but avoid the offered BMW Tours which is a rip off and misleading, you can do the same for much less and better experience

Hotel in good central position in Jakarta just down the road from Shopping mall and bus stops. Staff in hotel speak very good English and are very polite and efficient nothing was too much trouble. Room good bed very comfortable. Breakfast good variety and attentive staff. Would definitely staff here again and recommend to friends and family
