"This property was really nice, staff was nice, breakfast was fresh. The only bad thing was that we were not told that there was a daily parking fee until checkout and we were slightly inconvenienced at checkin because we were given the wrong room. "

"Upon arrival the hotel failed to clean my room thoroughly. They spread the bed and that’s it. I found stains & holes on my sheets, hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor and on the toilet seat. Then stained towels and spots on the large and makeup mirror. I went downstairs and informed the front desk (after calling repeatedly and no answer) of the sheet stains, and they said new sheets would brought up. When I asked if they’ll spread the bed the guest services person looked at me odd, gave me attitude and confirmed sheets will be brought up. We were tasked with re-spreading our own bed. Then as the night went on we noticed the stains on the bathroom towels and that there was only 1 set of all towel supplies… so we needed to make another front desk request. Which again they failed to answer the phone, so I went down late at night to request this. They prioritized my room cleaning the next day and it was like night and day after. I informed the manager of this inconvenience and she informed me that she’ll raise it to the GM. I’m still waiting to hear back. I also reached out to Hotels.com and because the hotel was unresponsive they were unable to do much on their side. I’m so disappointed that this was a 4 star + experience because never have I been forced to stay in a dirty room, much less get my front desk calls ignored and tasked with spreading my own bed when at a hotel and to top it off be given attitude when’s I raise the issue to staff members."

"I really enjoyed this hotel. The lobby, bar, and ambience were great. The rooms are simple, but they were comfortable. The staff was friendly, however. The parking was a little inconvenient because you had to drive up in the garage but it was close to the hotel, considering."

"I feel everything was as close to par with a 5 rating and would call it at 4.9 Star rated. One could not miss staying at this establishment. Really is as close to 5 Stars as imaginable. Clean room, wonderful breakfast, excellent parking, attentive Staff."

"Unclean we had to clean the floor the tv made a piercing sound the sink dripped all night Couldn’t get food the computer didn’t work tub was filthy I couldn’t do my work the internet did not work I paid xtra and still did not work. I will never stay there again It cost 15 dollars to park in a parking lot full of pot holes. Just a bad experience "

"Breakfast on our first morning was very limited. Some of the hot items were cold and the oatmeal was thicker than usual. There were no bagels available that day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, our room was clean and spacious. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, probably due to wear and tear! This is our 3rd time at this hotel, and more than likely, won't be our last! Thanks to the entire team. "
