"I felt sorry for the check in clerk. He was answering phones, checking people in, handing out tooth brushes, and cashing guest out for purchases of chips/soda ... and out of nowhere a woman comes up cuts in front of everyone and starts yelling at him about her key card! The clerk remains polite, patient and pleasant the entire time. Great job young man! You deserve a raise and thank you for the smooth check in. They could use more staff "

"Don’t be fooled by the pretty panoramic pictures. The rooms are way smaller than they appear. The baseboards are filthy, the bedframe is raggedy and needs replacing. This is equivalent to a $125 a night room at best. Lots of homeless community. Neighboring shops including Walgreens are all extremely outdated and absolutely filthy as well. Quick walk to downtown Hollywood but wouldn’t recommend this place or city if you plan to go to Miami. I would not book here again. "

"Our door was broken and we had trouble closing it, and both the secondary locks would not work and we could not deadbolt the door. The window sounded like it was broken as we could hear wind blowing all night and the highway right next door. It would have been nice if the sink had warm water instead of just cold. The buffet was severely lacking. The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable.The staff (that we saw) were friendly and the hotel was clean."

"We stayed here the night before our cruise. We were told there is a free shuttle from the airport, just call when we land. The front desk gal simply said “there is no shuttle available tonight.” Wouldn’t even give an explanation as to why. I feel she was very unprofessional. So, we paid $25 for a Lyft from the airport to the hotel. They have a service to easily book a for-pay shuttle to the cruise port. Do that when you arrive. The King with a couch bed is extremely spacious. The bathroom is large and the shower is huge for a hotel shower. Very clean room. The on-site restaurant has pretty good, basic food fare. We had cheeseburgers and fries that were very tasty and the service was excellent. Free breakfast was pretty good. Continental plus eggs, meats and fruits. A decent value for the area. Only real complaint was the airport shuttle issue."

"This is a HOUSE not a hotel. There’s no parking and in the middle of a residential area. The check in is laughable. There’s a number in their profile that’s disconnected and you have to go through loops in order to get to them. Then that’s when they send you a text with a lock box number that everybody knows for the house. I didn’t stay and didn’t get refunded. Disgraceful, tacky and full blown scam from the very beginning. "
