"Very nice hotel, friendly personnel, renovated and updated rooms with spacious new style bathrooms. Great beach and pools. "

"Our 1 week stay in the Creta Royal was absolut wonderful. The whole Staff is very friendly and accommodating. "

"We had an amazing time everything from the transfers to and from the airport to the hotel, to the hotel itself just couldn’t fault anything. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and they were so friendly. This was the first time going all inclusive we couldn’t have chosen a better place the food was so nice and so much choice. The hotel was very clean and tidy the grounds were well maintained. We will be staying here again in the future."

"I wouldn’t go to all inclusive to Greece again, maybe just with breakfast included for convenience, because the food outside in the restaurants is muuuch much much better and that’s one of the ways to experience Greece. The quality was ok, but nothing compared to traditional amazing flavours in the restaurants. Also the prices of food in the restaurants is very reasonable, 40-65eur for 2 people you fill your tummies :)"

"Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff who can’t help you enough. Good quality food options and lovely pools"

"Very good and family friendly experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, overall an excellent stay. The only complaint would be that dinner at 2 of the 4 restaurants felt a little like a conveyor belt where the priority seemed to be getting us fed and out as quickly as possible rather than having us enjoy the dining experience. With that said the experience at the other 2 restaurants was excellent."

"Great place to stay. Friendly staff! Close to everything needed for a good holiday. "

"Fantastic location with its own set of private coves. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were attentive and welcoming. Great to watch the sunrise and sunset."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel especially the warm welcome and the kindness of the staff, we have nothing to complain about.thank you"

"We were very happy to stay in this apartment. It's very close to the port and beaches. There are restaurants with Greek cuisine and a travel agency nearby where you can buy excursions. I highly recommend it!"

"Absolutely brilliant location in the heart of Panormo. Private car park as a bonus. Fabulous all round. "

"Great place in every way. We will stay again."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Overall the food was very good. Not at all the properties fault but it rained 2 of the 4 days we stayed at this resort. A lot of this resorts amenities (ping pong, full size chess) and even some of the a la carte restaurants do not operate when it's raining. And with everyone needing to be inside, the common area's felt a bit cramped."

"Great location with excellent food "

"Great service and ambience. Staff is very well organized and works very hard to keep everything going smoothly for the visitors. Every night had a show of some sort. Very family oriented."

"We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely! The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night. We would recommend staying at the Syntopia to everyone!"

"Great place and value for money."

"Excellent. We were a family of 3 and it ticked all of the boxes, aqua park, kids club, various pools (with very friendly lifegaurds), and beach, good selection of restaurants and a beach bar. Also a few Tavernas within walking distance and so you are not confined to the hotel."

"Best pool in Rethymno! Great service by Chryssa and the whole staff."

"This hotel is beyond gorgeous, relaxing, and goes above and beyond! Everyone is so friendly and will help you with anything you need. The second you walk in you are greeted and shown around the property and treated like royalty. The breakfast was amazing and we had dinner there one night, which was also extremely delicious. Cocktails were strong and delicious and the beach is super nice and relaxing with attentive service. It is also close to the town… I forgot jewelry in the room upon...
