"This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the hillside far away from the hustle of a town however close enough to go to the beaches and local tavernas. They staff are excellent always welcoming, the rooms were clean and we booked a suite with a private pool this was amazing. We loved the privacy and the fantastic view over the hills. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back again."

"Absolutely phenomenal! Gorgeous apartment, perfect location close to everything. The hot tub was divine. The hostess was extremely helpful and responsive at all times. We were very grateful for complimentary luggage storage in the building locker on our last day. The shower is luxurious although the water pressure is on the lower side, just as an FYI in case that’s a big issue for someone. But it was no biggie when the place was so comfortable and amazing!!!! "We have stayed at the Peninsula Resort for four nights, and it has been one of the best resort experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The front desk team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and caring. As this was our first visit to Crete, they made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Aman, Sofia, Effie, Fotini, and Tony for their outstanding service and genuine warmth throughout our stay. We would also like to recognize Chef Stelvio, Christian, and the restaurant team. I have a gluten allergy, and Chef Stelvio took time during a very busy service to personally explain how the food was labeled and what options were safe for me to enjoy. That level of care and attention meant so much and allowed me to relax and fully enjoy our meals. Everyone greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The beautiful resort, amazing service, and genuine kindness of the staff made this a truly unforgettable experience. Also the room we stayed at was super clean, exactly like the pictures show. The cleaning staff are all very sweet, fast and thorough.Maria especially went above and beyond always greeting us. Couldn't believe how fast our room got cleaned, went to breakfast, came back and it was done! We can't wait to come back. Thank you, Peninsula Resort, for a wonderful stay!"

"Perfect stay, friendly staff, good location, long walks recommended ( to Centre ville, to a nearby wild beach, to the port) food excellent, but not exactly close by, Attention: few food places, coffee shops and restaurants close to the hotel will charge you over any listed price. The hotel restaurant and bar are very good and convenient: recommended. We had a wonderful sea facing studio: wonderful for us."

"We rent a room that was not very clear what mean accessibly room . We didn’t know it . But we arrived at the hotel and try to change to room and the front desk said I was not possibly. I doubt they can’t do it . Well , we stay in the room . Poor bathroom . Not enclosed shower and water go anywhere when you shower :Toilet , floor, every corner in the bathroom . What is danger for people with mobility issues and even any person . You have to place towels all the way around and latter dry every space in there like it was you the person who clean ! The bathroom door are Cristal made , if you get in the bathroom at night your Parner will wake you up for the lights . I have to said the breakfast is excellent , the hotel location is perfect and areas small but clean . But I was very disappointed with not a solution for my mistake for didn’t inquire what mean accessibly room . Not help from front desk staff for offer a solution that I thank it could be done ."

"Absolutely spotless room with a lovely sea view. This hotel is very good value. Right on the sea front with an easy walk into town. There is a road on either side of the hotel, but I didn't have any trouble sleeping. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and relaxed. The bed was comfy, the air con worked, couldn't ask for anything else."

"We had a cave room which had everything we wanted. The only gripe I had was the pillows. I prefer feather but I know this is a personal choice. The staff were kind, obliging and our cleaner did a great job every day. We did have a few meals in the restaurant which were al a carte and so very nice. The views were wonderful from our pool and the whole holiday was chilled, peaceful and calming."
