"We had the best time celebrating our honeymoon here! Everyone is truly so kind and welcoming. Views are beautiful. We could not have wanted anything more!"

"The hotel, location and staff are top. We couldn‘t recommend enough this place! The hotel staff are always willing to help and solve. We fell ill and the staff quickly helped us find a doctor and also helped us cooking special food. They also immediately provided support with our booking, as a consequence of the mistake made by Expedia. Food was great and every day you can find something different, we were too unlucky we couldn‘t try them after we became ill, but even the diet food was great. We really enjoyed our trip there and of we were to go back, we would certainly do it to this hotel."

"This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. We stayed at Acro for the end of our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier. We stayed in a cave suite and it was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view. We loved having access to our own private pool every day. The food is great, and the daily breakfast was awesome. Highly recommend the shakshuka and chocolate pancakes, and the daily buffet was also really delicious and fresh. We loved the atmosphere -- there aren't many rooms and it is adults only, so it was very quiet and relaxed, which is exactly what we wanted. It's perfect for a romantic trip. All of the amenities and facilities were really wonderful as well, especially the spa. The true highlight, however, was the staff. From the moment we checked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They went above and beyond for us and truly made our stay what it was. They remembered our names and room number and were happy to assist with anything. Because of the staff, I cannot recommend Acro enough. We don't normally return to the same hotel or location as we like to try something new when we travel, but because of the staff, we will absolutely return and are already talking about when we should plan our next trip. "

"This hotel is great and the breakfast and cleanliness are excellent. My only observations are that it would be great to have service around the pool and the storage space in the rooms definitely needs to be looked as, most of our clothes had to stay in piles on the floor. With that said I could go back to the hotel"

"The pool was immaculate and situated perfectly . The hotel was right on the beach which was clean and dandy and the sea was beautiful The hotelierspoke very good English and was extremely helpful . This hotel is peaceful , a short taxi ride to Heraklion and a supermarket on hand .we very much enjoyed our holiday here and would like to extend our thanks to our host ."

"Lovely hotel in Rethymno. The service was good and very helpful. There was plenty of options for food and drink in the all-inclusive package, I'd highly recommend. They had some entertainment on at 9pm pretty much every day but there wasn't much else other than that. We stayed in the suite and it was wonderful for a couple's one week holiday. It's only five minutes to the beach which was nice an easy."

"We had a lovely week at this hotel.Some excellent dining options, our highlights were the Asian restaurant and Agreco farm dinner. Hotel staff were very welcoming and happy to help with any enquires. We would definitely love to revisit in the future."
