Great location for us, walk to shops and station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the apartment was very well appointed. So new that we were the first to use a lot of the appliances etc. There is some construction in the street, but this did not bother us at all.
Easy access. Free parking a real standout. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.Apartment on the small side but have everything you need for a short to mid term stay. We had 4 guests stay and was ok. Would stay here again if needed to be in that area of Melbourne.

Great work loccation. Close to hospital and transport.
Units are clean and modern
The Poplar apartments were well located in a very quiet cul de sac, within 4 min walk to Box Hill Hospital. The 1BRM apartment was well designed and balcony was large and private.
There are several options within walking distance for food and snack purchase.
Poplar Apartment is in a very good location with only a few minutes walking distance to the Box Hill Central and Station. We stayed there with a free parking on the basement of the property. This property is newly and nicely built.
We communicated with the management team very well. They were so efficient in responding to our enquiries and provided very clear details for our late check-in arrangement.
We will definitely stay at Poplar Apartment again next time.
It was very well run ....Diana was very helpful.....the apartment was very comfortable . It would have been good if they supplied some milk on first day
Clean, modern , good amenities in the apartment. Good WiFi. Excellent front desk service and support. Safe internal parking space. Reasonable price. Hotels.com good system after some bad experiences with other online providers. Box Hill location suited us for family reasons - but not so much there in itself.

Relativement bien situé : quartier de restaurants asiatiques à 800 mètres et Supermarché à 700 mètres. Un 7/11 est à 100 mètres pour les produits de première nécessité. Place de parking inclue.

Business trip.
Reception was okay and friendly, though the signing in process could be a bit more streamlined as one feels one is signing a long term lease, rather than an overnight accommodation, with separate forms for the unit and garage access. They also actually take $300 from the credit card rather than put a hold of the security deposit, though they did refund it on the day of departure. Reception is only open 9am-5pm, so special arrangements are needed if checking in outside these hours.
The unit was good and as a two bedrooms unit, it met expectations. It was clean and well appointed. Servicing is once per week. The bathroom was clean and of a reasonable size for two. The glass windows and especially the balcony glass needs a good clean.
The underground car park is good though a bit tight for larger cars. The floors tend to flood with water after rain, and one walks through water puddles to reach the lift.
Our booking included complimentary Wifi and after some initial wifi connection problems and going back to reception it was sorted out.
The Location is reasonable and a 15 minute walk to the nearby Box Hill shopping centre and train station; the shopping centre area has many Asian restaurants and supermarkets.
The unit tends to be noisy especially at night due to the sound of various electric motors and extraction fans.
Overall, a good 3-4 stars experience and would consider staying again.

Property was modern and clean with everything needed for long term stay. A stones throw from the Box Hill hospital was fantastic. Access was great but parking area was tight for a bigger car or 4x4 although very secure. Staff were very helpful on check in and check out.
Be aware though there is a $300 security deposit to be paid on top of reservation costs that l feel is extreme and the list of call out costs was confronting.
I would definitely stay again though and recommend to friends ,family etc. and warn of the extra Bond required before being able to stay.
This is the first time I stay in this hotel. It is comfortable, the room is clean, with good facility. Location is good near the town. The only one need to.improve is water power is not strong enough when bathing , but overall is good
