The property looked nice, was comfortable and a provides easy access to the city. There were a few small issues with the property.
The property requires some maintenance to ensure that it's in proper working order. The kitchen was very dirty and smelt foul. The shower in the en-suite didn't work property and as per other reviews, the gout was clearly ageing.

Great location and a very nice apartment, although I wasn't sure if the grout in the showers was meant to be white or black? maybe a spray of Exit Mould will answer that question. Also, the shower in the main bedroom needs urgent attention - shower and bath tap running at the same time with no water pressure. 3.5/5 thanks

The property had a lot of character and was very comfortable. The blind in my bedroom didn't come down so I had to put a sheet up each night. There was no coffee plunger and can opener. A soap dish would have been good in the bathroom as it was messy.

Fantastic Stay, Location and Lots of Space
Fantastic stay, the manager waited patiently for arrival as we were running late. He even helped us bring our suitcases up. This apartment is in the perfect location and is exactly as pictured. 2 room sand 2 bathrooms. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Has a high chair, crib and stroller.

Australian Open Tennis visit
Great location - easy walk to Melbourne Park for the tennis. Nice apartment and good value for money. Nice little extras provided. Pillows could be better and a top sheet would've been good. Went out of their way to let us in at 1 pm instead of 3 pm and was very friendly and stayed in contact to make sure all was okay.
