The Reception area is excellent. There are no facility to rome around or for children

We didn’t have very long in this hotel but we’re able to use the pool and one of the restaurant. Service was excellent, the property was impressive and the hotel was clean, the food was delicious.

Perfect place to stay in Delhi, safe and quiet area which is walkable and convenient for both metro and uber. Anil and all staff are great hosts and provided recommendations for sightseeing, shopping and food. Highly recommend for a stay in Delhi.

Very comfortable and safe stay, stayed longer, excellent rooms which are clean and well maintained, the staff was extremely polite and helpful too, rahul helped out a lot, I definitely recommend this place

The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable. Housekeeping staff do a great job in keeping the rooms clean. Highly recommended hotel to stay when in Delhi. Only 20 minutes from the airport.

Loved the pool and the breakfast buffet!

Breakfast was excellent, with great variety, fresh food and good presentation. Special thanks to Chef Ajit and the kitchen team. The rest of the staff were also courteous and attentive during my stay. One area to improve is the coffee lounge area. Service was slow, and I waited for almost 20Mins to even place the order.

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. I was very spoilt, up graded to a suite, they gave a complimentary cake, delivered a half bottle of the locally bubbly and every member of staff I happened to pass wished me a happy birthday.
