"I dont like anything about the hotel. Property not to my espectation. Ever paid lower price than this hotel with much more satisfaction. Hotel so run down. Even the towels a lot of stain. "Super pretty house that looks even better than the pictures! Very safe with guards outside, close to Batam ferry terminal and the driver provided (Mr Jeno) was friendly and accommodating. "Very dirty beddings, very itchy. A lot of taxi drivers don’t know about this place. Difficult to find. Aircon and directly blowing to us, very uncomfortable. Suggest to change bed position.
