I expect a refund for this terrible experience which I have already requested through hotels.com."

"The rooms were filthy. D.s.s. has people living there. There are shady people wandering the halls. I was on the first floor, and it sounded like a daycare center/ play ground at 10:30 - 11pm. Front desk could care less. I definitely would not want to stay there if i was a single female. "
