"The difference between the North property and the south property are night and day. Don't go to the South Property. Rooms are clean and well maintained, at the North Property. Maid services are available for daily cleaning, as you require. Every one of the desk staff has a friendly smile waiting to help you. A/C works well."

"GPS struggled giving instructions on how to get there. It tried taking us to some trucking company. The lobby carpet looked old and was bunched up. I was happy the staff put my parents with mobility issues on the first floor but extremely displeased when I walked into their room. The carpet and sheer curtain were all slashed up. The bed looked old and broke down. There were no extra pillows and mom had to ask for blankets."

"I have stayed at Rodeway for business for years. It's always clean and otherwise a solid, basic choice. I like the owners/operators. It's probably a bit too basic for my family, however: rooms are very dark if you want to maintain any sort of privacy by keeping the heavy drapery closed - there is no sheer layer to let in outside light. Also, breakfast seems to have become extremely minimal - I would call it more of an "early snack." No juices and not many choices, but maybe everything was just gone by the time I arrived later in the morning. I'm not big on breakfast so I walked in, walked out, and just got coffee and a pastry down the street. Still on my list but I may start to look for more substantial alternatives."
