"Staff member Satin was such a wonderful woman to have met, she was excellent help over the phone and was very helpful with breakfast and making sure it was kept clean and to our satisfaction. Will definitely save this hotel as an option because of her! Rooms were also very clean and up kept nicely. "

"Amazing, extremely friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms. Housekeepers are quiet and efficient. I was here for a while, then came back. The first time i was here my only issue is the couch was...heavly used. Kinda beat up. But every thing else was so nice that could be easily forgotten about. The pool is huge and clean. The hot tub is cozy. The breakfast is prepared every day and its really good!! The muffins are on point. The staff at the front desk, especially RHONDA is amazing. She helped us check in during both of our stays. Give that woman a raise and a promotion 👏 "

"What a refreshing, clean scent throughout the property! The room as well as the entire floor was super clean and everyone was very friendly! We will definitely recommend your location to others, and staynwith y'all again when we are in town! I do have two suggestions: 1. More trash receptacles in the rooms, or make them larger, maybe? 2. Better snow removal and salt at all of the entrances. (There was some ice and it was a bit slick at one of the rear entrances)."
