We only stayed one night, the room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast is standard fare but was warm and breakfast area was always well stocked and clean. Free coffee and tea bar available at all times was really nice. Only one problem for our room which was the bathroom door lock was broken and it was a pocket door that couldn't even slide to close the whole way. We arrived late and was too tired to get it addressed though we did mention it during checkout and staff noted the problem and mentioned they would have it fixed right away thanking us for bringing it to their attention. Overall a good experience.

The room had an inop bathroom fan, ceiling was peeling. Empty lotion bottle( about 30 ounce bottle. Heater was very noisy whenever going on or off. Loved refrigerator lot of space unlike mini fridge, kept things nice and cold w/o freezing. Would be nice if TV had more streaming Apps, but better than a lot that of stays.

Had to shut down here during a show storm because the highway was impassable. Last minute reservation was well with it! Great hotel & great staff. Dog friendly and huge well-appointed rooms! They had the snow in the parking lot cleared before we woke up and made our emergency layover an absolute pleasure. Great location.
