Great hotel comfortable and clean

The room was spacious and clean. The issues we had were solved by staff so no issues there. Staff was super nice and accommodating! Breakfast was both hot and cold varieties a lot of options! Plus cookies up at the desk. Will definately stay again.

Good location in a nice area. The breakfasts were really great and quite a few selections to choose from. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness was ok - found stuff from previous guest in the couch cushions but otherwise it was a decent room.

The rooms were clean and the service was good; however, the hotel itself was seriously worn and dated inside and out. We were woke up a few times due to people walking around above us, no usb ports, mini fridge on the floor, etc. Had we not only been staying for 1 night, we would have sought alternate arrangements.

I understand that they were in the process of renovating so the lobby didn’t look great but there were some other issues that were a bit disappointing. There seemed to only be one person working when we checked in so we had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone appeared at the front desk. It’s a little off-putting. Then the elevator had this weird quirk where it took longer than expected for the doors to close so you stand there unsure if it’s actually working. Then it took 3 tries before we could use our key card to actually get into a room (requiring 2 more trips back to the lobby on the janky elevator). The room was fine, nothing special but clean. But they could really use some light blocking curtains to block out the glaring lights from the parking lot that light up the room all night. The breakfast was fine also, the area was tidy and the food was good. It wasn’t a terrible stay but we just felt like there were some “issues” that made it less desirable. Good luck with your renovations.

Nice stay

In town to see family. It was a nice hotel with basic amenities, more than needed for time we actually spent in the room. Coffee either freshly brewed or in the process when we returned from a day out. Staff was very friendly, especially in the breakfast area.
