"We got into town well before check-in time. We traveled with two cars due to luggage. Even though we weren’t able to check into our room, the front desk staff offered to hold our luggage so we could drive around the city with one car… Anybody who’s navigated Pittsburgh knows that this is a big help. I also requested extra pillows when I made my reservation online… When we got to our room, there was a pile of pillows waiting for us. The the rooms were large, clean and modern. The breakfast was very good. They also had parking on the first floor connected to the hotel, which made the entire state very convenient. This is where I will be staying my next trip to Pittsburgh."
