"Amazing country manor! Gracious rooms. Wonderful staff. Delicious breakfast! Very close to Oban. Quiet!
The only slight I had was the over abundance of smell. Each area has reed diffusers and it is a lot of smell. As someone sensitive to that it was a bit much. I put our reed diffuser in a closet and then it was fine.
Would I recommend this to friends? 1000%! You have to see it to believe it. Absolutely amazing! "
"The room was a generous size, very happy that Premier Inn is now on Hotels.com.
The place was very clean, had plenty of parking, and decent selections for breakfast."
"It was a very last minute booking and straight forward. The hotel is old but can't complain. The lady is very nice and friendly. We stay in the top floor, good view for a beautiful sunset."
"Stunning position and homely comfortable hotel. Staff very friendly helpful & polite. Bed was sooo comfortable our room was spacious with pleasing decor - the view our bedroom magnificent
Evening meal was good as was breakfast.
I loved the lovely mid blue coloured glassware in the dining room - a simple but standout ‘pop’ of colour works very well imo. Loved our stay which was enhanced by a lovely (very early) morning circular walk from the hotel encompassing woodlands and views over tranquil...

Oban Bay Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"e real gem in Oban- comfortable homey feel, great staff, and a breakfast that should not be missed! Also has an impressive Spa but I did not use it. "
"This was a beautiful property with an incredible location overlooking the bay. I wish we had planned to stay longer. I highly recommend staying here."
"In a great location in the centre of Oban, with most of the places you would want to visit within walking distance. There is a convenient car park across the street if you need it.
The building is old and full of character, which inevitably impacts on the accommodation - with some ingenious planning of the en-suite bathrooms, but this is more than made up for by the Scottish welcome from the knowledgeable staff.
Breakfasts are not included, but there is the offer a of a goodie-bag with pastry, drink and fruit, or plenty of places nearby.
A plus is the whisky bar with its huge selection of whisky and changing whiskies of the day, somewhere to relax in the evening. "
