Reasonable priced, excellent location & cleanliness

The staff were fantastic throughout! I had booked the guest house and was upgraded to stay in the main hotel. There was always someone at hand to help and explain things.

Staff very friendly and helpful, comfortable room and good wifi. Breakfast was simple but good spread. The hotel is typical Austrian style with a go I'd cafe / bar below and resturaunt in the hotel itself. Spar just up the road and beautiful location. Had a few rowdy drunks outside and for some reason fire crackers set off around midnight but quiet after that

We had a great stay

Just got back from a short (too short!) ski break at this wonderful hotel. The food was fantastic as was the service from the staff, the majority of whom spoke really good English. Our room was spotless and the free ski bus to the lift ran regularly. Spa area and outdoor whirlpool was fantastic - just be aware that the saunas etc are clothing optional!

I brouvht my cat, hotel offered a cute little blanket, a cat head shaped bowl and some liter bag. Very cute. Facility is excellent. Staff is great! Really friendly and thoughtful. We got also a really late check out. A 10 out of 10.

Another great stay at the Weisses Kreuz. Delightful staff, spacious room and best breakfast anywhere!

Good vegan and veg options for breakfast Great views of surrounding mountains

Definitely would stay again

Would highly recommend this small hotel situated at edge of Old Town, across road from Marketplatz and River Inn (lightshow across river for the festive season was amazing). Staff so friendly and helpful (gave us the Innsbruck Welcome Plus pass for free travel etc on buses and trams which excellent too!). Perfect location, spotless bedroom and bathroom and wonderful breakfast….good value for money!

Staff, food and facilities all excellent. The staff could not have done more to help or to make us feel welcome. Rooms could do with a little updating for a 4* hotel, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Minor point is the rooms have no tea/coffee facilities or mini bar which is a little annoying if you like a morning cuppa. Views are spectacular and perfect location for the Hintertux glacier and lift system.

Hotel in a great location and room was an ok size, quiet with a nice view. Nice powerful shower and workable kitchen area. Would definitely recommend.

We went to Innsbruck to sample the Christmas markets and we could not have picked a hotel in a better situation. We opted for a de luxe room and were given one on the top floor with a balcony, so we had views (somewhat obstructed by other buildings) of the mountains on three sides. The staff were very polite and helpful and were always very keen to please, the hotel does not have kettles in the rooms, we asked for one and it duly arrived. The restaurant is incredibly popular with the locals, so...
