"We arrived just as the office closed but Dexter, from the office, stayed to check us in and even took us to our cabin to make sure everything was okay. She was very helpful and made our experience a pleasure."

"Checked in and went to my nonsmoking room, immediately smelled of wet cigarette smoke. Complained to front desk and was provided an air freshener spray that was about 95% empty. Said likely someone smoking outside the room, umm not my problem I asked for nonsmoking! Odor persisted all night and I let the morning staff know of the issue. They said hope some breakfast helps… it didn’t, and bid me goodbye. Complete crap hole!"

"The worst possible hotel ever!! Bed bugs in one room. 2 towels for 2 people. One pillow each. One was a pull out bed not a king bed. Bugs everywhere. No ice. No internet and tv worked some. Air worked. The management was terrible. We paid for three days only stayed one cus daughter was sick. Or we would not have stayed. No refund either. Charged me extra to checkin 45 min early and there was not one person checked in. Do not stay here!!!!!"

"The front desk staff is the only reason I rated more than 1 star. Hear me out, this place is definitely not a place to stay for more than a night. We did to break up the drive to st pete from Atlanta and to visit Madison Blue Springs, this was the closest place to the park. The area it is in is very rundown. if you’re traveling with kids or just women definitely skip it’s mostly construction crews that work out of town and are staying for work, the very drunk man outside was sure to let us know. The rooms themselves have recently been renovated and are clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Outside there were trash bags on the sidewalk and “breakfast” is bagels that have been put in ziplock bags and coffee or juice. Bottom line it’s not for families, my mother in law threatened to leave and pay memorial day rates at another hotel as soon as we pulled in. but my husband talked her down. We saw the springs, stayed the night and checked out by 7:30."
