When I inquired about the possibility of receiving a drink voucher due to the delay, the manager, Jasmine, responded in a manner I found to be discourteous. She stated that she had done her best to have the room ready on time and explained that the delay was due to guests checking out at 11:00 AM. Absolutely no consideration that my child and I had been patient with them."
