Nice hotel, lovely rooms and amazing food! Close to supermarket and shops and numerous restaurants and bars. A 3 min walk from the beach. Has a small shop on site for gifts and booking excursions. My advice would be to book a sea view room (away from the hustle and bustle of the evening and pool entertainment) and go half board to take advantage of the amazing food. the hotel is very nice; clean, tidy and the front desk staff are extremely courteous. the rooms are spacious and well presented and the restaurant is good with a varied selection for breakfast; i did not eat there through the rest of the day so can not comment on lunch or dinner. the pool i used was clean and there was plenty of space around for loungers and there were no children around, which is good if you want to relax as i did. unfortunately the bar staff seemingly expect a tip with every...

Did B&B, good choice for Breakfast Good size Suite and Bedroom, very clean and cleaned every day. Big Balcony to sun bathe on. Good location for the Beach and just a small walk to the shops and Restaurants which did excellent Meals. Would Recommend and would stay again.

I loved this place. Amazing location, just wow!. It is a big hotel with between 1-2,000 guests so feeding those numbers "All Inclusive" can't be an easy task. However, the food was just fabulous, and The Mandarin and The Canarian cuisine was just superb. This place exceeded my expectations and the vibe was excellent. The hotel is a little tired (built in 1972), but I loved it, the location, beach and catering were just excellent.

Just returned from a week at the resort. We stay half board in bungalow close to the hotel reception. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied daily. The grounds of the resort are immaculately kept and all staff that we met were friendly and helpful. I have been here 4 times and this hotel just keeps getting better. I noticed more improvements this year. Supplying shower gel, upgrade your all inclusive to premier to get branded drinks. New sunbeds around the pool, welcoming drinks or shots at dinner depending on the theme night. The hotel is always clean, the staff are lovely & efficient. They will help you no matter what or if you have a problem. The food was amazing & not repetitive. This is a wee gem of a place.

The Hotel is in a quiet area with not much around but that's what we wanted its a nice walk along the coastal path to the nearest resort, the Hotel apartments are just fine clean and well laid out, the pool is just outside next to the outside bar, the Staff in the Hotel are all very polite and most helpful, the restaurant food in the hotel is nothing special but you can get as much as you like. if you are not all inclusive or BB the prices are very reasonable breakfast is 4 euro, and evening...

Beautiful apartments, clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need for a break away home from home. The friendliest helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. I truly did not want to come home.

Excellent facilities, great food. Visited numerous times & always love it. Recommend the Spa, best to upgrade to a suite with sea view if you can. The hotel is placed halfway between the town centre & Rubicon Marina on the walkway by the sea which gives you the option to turn left or right for a stroll or different restaurants to compliment those at the hotel & to provide additional variety.

Well travelled and this is up there with the best i have ever stayed. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean and beautiful Couldn't rate it high enough. Breakfast is a typical one you would get in spain (3 star). 5 stars overall from me.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and this time we stayed longer because we like it. This time let me concentrate on the little things The room looked nice with nice proper tumblers and ,new this visit , tea and coffee in the room, nice fittings, hot water in vast supply.. The apartment was brilliant with everything you need provided, the whole complex was first class which includes the staff from reception, bar staff, pool staff, cleaning staff, the food in the bar/restaurant was brilliant, the food and drink prices were very good (the happy hour made it even better) I would definitely go back there and I have already recommended it to friends

Great break. Food was really good and varied. The weather was surprisingly good right up to Christmas Day itself which started windy and slightly overcast but soon cleared up. Only issues were lift broken down for a couple of days and bathroom could have done with a decorate/refurb.

We stayed for 5 nights all inclusive before moving on to a villa in playa blanca. This was our second visit and it was still up to the same high standard. The staff are excellent, all have a smile and seem to enjoy their jobs, one of the entertainment team in particular helped my son in the gym, during his own time. Rooms are clean, we had a sea view, pool towels available, 10 euro deposit, room safe 2 euro per day, travel type hair dryer in bathroom. No problems in drink service and good choice...

We had to book at last minute for this trip and we were delighted with our choice. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable with a realy good balcony which gets the sun all day, 6 minute walk down to the beach/strip with a few supermarkets on way down
