Usually first class service but this time it was lack lustre for someone who stays there often. Poor customer service from staff who did not even attempt to take our drinks order and then the Spa was over booked and you had to pay to use the facilities. Would definitely look for an alternative venue ...

Stayed here for a second time and it’s a lovely hotel. Room was quiet. Stayed in the small double which was perfect for one person for a few nights. Bed was very comfy and cosy.
