"The room smelled like mildew and feet. We told the front desk about it and asked to freshen it up while we went out, but when we returned it was the same nasty smell. The pillows were flat or lumpy so did not get a good nights rest. Bar and grill only open between 5-7pm even on the weekends which makes no sense. Very below average place."

"Location was excellent to our concert at Globe Life Field. Only a 20 min. walk. Property felt super safe and the room was clean and comfortable. My only gripe is that I was charged $1 a week after our stay by the hotel with no explination. While it is only $1, I feel that If someone is doing this for every guest, then someone is making some $$$ as a side scam. "

I was told by the lady, in broken English, that I could not call outside the hotel. I was very frightened. The pool was closed. I was initially told the pool was out of season. At a separate time. I was told the pool was closed due to a chemical imbalance, but it should open in a few days. The pool remained closed. The sun was out, and nowhere to sit. Not one person in the cafe during breakfast spoke English. No communication in the hotel. Upon leaving alone, I tried to have the front desk call me an Uber. No one would help me. My 5-day stay was miserable. I will never stay in a Comfort Inn again. You must improve for white American citizens."
