The property and service was good. All the staff were very polite and helpful.The only downside was that the Car parking facility is not attached to the main building.

We stayed here as it was close to my friends wedding that we attended. We were happy to stay here for two night. It was comfortable for the duration of the stay. The staff were so lovely, and could t do enough for you. They brought a coffee and a chai up to our room. We would go back if we needed somewhere for a short duration in that town again.

I’ve been to India a dozen times and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Do yourself a favor and book this trip as soon as you can. I’m not kidding. It’s bucket list stuff.

Hotel rooms are good and centrally located, Restaurant food was excellent.

Staff were excellent, hotel was beautiful.

Its an amazing hotel tucked away facing the lake. I loved the Aapams and the Mini Fishing Net. The facilities needed to be updated such as A/C & The Shower Head However it was a peaceful environment and the one room house boat was stunning

Lovely property near the beach in Alleppey. Room was comfortable and well appointed with all amenities including tea/coffee , iron and hair dryer. Nice helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with many options. Uber available for taxi rides.

You must stay here if you want a Heritage Property rather than a generic hotel. Previous reviews online mention... Swimming Pool - No damage to any tiles and is spotlessly clean. A descent stay of 24 hours with cordial crew members and the local delicacies made our day in marvel cruise. There are lot of local boats to catch up but Mravel cruise stands apart in the claealiness and service.
