"Staff was friendly and extremely helpful, which made check in and check out quick and easy. Luggage storage was extremely convenient and allowed us to explore Matsumoto for a few more hours after check out.
Room was clean. We chose not to have our rooms cleaned, but towels were delivered daily. Beds were comfortable, TV showed status of washer/dryer so we didn't need to keep coming back to check if a machine was open. The amenities bar was quite robust, with bath salts, face masks, cleansers and toners, in addition to the usual provided toothbrush, razors, coffee, etc.
Location was prime - within walkable distance to the station, sites like Matsumoto castle and Nawate street, but also kombini and lots of restaurants."
