The hotel is beautiful from the outside (landscaping, walking paths, courtyard with burbling water feature) and to the inside with its spacious lobby (coffee available) as well as restaurant. The third floor has fresh drinking water, vending machines and washing machines, an indoor/outdoor zen space and a relaxation space with massage chairs. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfortable. Bathroom has many amenities. There are pyjamas, robes and slippers. The breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold foods and fresh fruit. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk to the subway station and a commercial street. Would definitely stay there again.

The bath house wad unique.
Breakfast was great.
Staff is really kind and helpful.
Location is great - 3 mins walk from Shiomi Station.
They also have luggage transfer services available on site.
We had a great time.

"The room was good with a very comfortable bed and a good shower although it had complex controls. Staff at checking in were nice, but didn't advice on getting breakfast ticket in morning to go with the vouchers given at check-in!
