"Check out was 10am so you just need to be aware. Travelling with kids you can always use a little more time. Place was very clean and with the spa included in the price was a real value. "

"The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were a decent size but the AC could not keep the room cool at night. The beds were a little more firm than I prefer. Both restaurants served good food. If you are early for check in, they will hold your luggage for you until check in. It's about a 15 minutes walk to Universal Studios or you can take the train that's right across the street. The downsides to this property are that it is NOT tattoo friendly. You will not be able to use the Onsen if you have tattoos and they will not allow you to cover them. Also, the single-ply toilet paper seemed like a cheap choice for such a nice hotel. "
