施設が半年くらいなので館内は綺麗なのはもちろん設備も最新なんだと思います。子供連れにも優しい。スタッフの声掛けも良かったように感じます。ただ、私はホテル滅多に使わないので、参考にならないかもしれません。

朝食はとても美味しく頂きましたが丁度混雑する時間で慌ただしさが感じられました。早朝に会場に行った方がよかったのかな?施設は新しく周辺の雰囲気もいいし、山陽電車別府駅からすぐなのも便利で良かったです。また関西へ行く時は宿泊してみたいと思います。

姫路に出るにも神戸三宮に出るにも短時間で移動可能。駅も近く、コンビニ、スタバ、ミスド、飲食店、ショッピングモールも近くにあり、旅の拠点として最高です。 室内に電子レンジ、洗濯機もあり、ソファも仕事から食事などストレスなく使用できます。ワンルームの一人暮らしの拠点を持って来た感じで過ごせます。ルームウエアも非常に着心地が良く快適そのものです。 食堂、大浴場やロビーもくつろげるように出来てます。 2泊でしたがもう数泊したくなりました。

残念な滞在となりました

ゴミ箱に前の宿泊客のゴミがそのまま残っていた。 浴槽の掃除がされてなく汚れたままだった。 枕カバーも交換されていなかったのか、加齢臭のようなニオイがしていた。 フロントに状況を伝えたところ謝罪はありましたが、部屋のチェンジなどの対応はありませんでした。
