Great room..Restraunt eas only open for breakfast. No parking near the hotel. Says parking on website but it is 6 to 8 blocks away and truck would NOT fit in the garauge.

Dear Laurie,Concerning our restaurant, it is indeed open from Monday to Friday. The area itself offers an important variety of restaurants open all weekend.About the parking, two public and secured car parks are available; one of them being exactly in front of the hotel and one right behind our building. This was a very comfortable bed and nice hotel with the train station just across the street. The only minor complaint I have is that there were no drawers or conveniently placed shelves so keeping clothes out of sight did not work well. If you are hoping for quick transit for sightseeing, make sure that the construction is complete however as this substantially added to our travel time and was unexpected. The App Bonjour RATP will allow you to check travel times.

Our room was Hot, AC was not working, when I 1st called the lady asked me to turn up rhe Air, I did, room didnt cool off, I called the 2nd night, gentleman said, let me turn it up feom down here, room cooled off, but gor hot again, then front desk said, the people who maintenance the AC was not in on the weekend, so we were very uncomfortable in our room

Loved it … as always !!!
I’ve tried it many times Service is always perfect . I like the rooms. Everything is spotless Handy for me as it’s not far from Orly (direct on rer from roissy) and literally in front of the rer station but also the tgv station … makes it really good when you are waiting for one or another … you can even wait in the hotel lobby for your train/RER 😇 as it’s sooooo close !!!

This hotel is brand new so our stay was pleasant, but we had a problem with the housekeeper once her duty she was so rude and lazy to clean the room. The hotel is close to many restaurants and Carrefour grocery and BIO. However, I thank from the bottom of my heart the manager Sufyan and the warm reception, but unfortunately, he accused us that we gave the hotel a bad review and as a result, his treatment of us changed and he did not appreciate the situation and helped us book for a whole month. And there was a manager named Robin who was very rude to me when I asked him to explain the hotel conditions and that I have children, they count the child as an adult!

New and well-maintained hotel
Good service overall. Warm welcome. Modern and recent infrastructure. Just across the train station (so very practical for TGV and RER transport) and yet silent. Restaurant was average but the waiterq offered excellent service. Besids one can buy prepared food at reception to eat in the room or lounge. I had some minor shortcomings about cleanliness. Housekeeping had forgotten to clean the toilets one day and soap was missing most days but nothing dramatic. Only discomfort was the height of the toilet seat in my room. It was fixed to the back wall and too high to be comfortable. It seemed designed for guests 2m tall and for me who's only 1.72m (5'7") it felt like halfway between sitting and standing. Besides, it was too close to the wall where the toilet paper holder would squeeze your leg when seated. Covid measures were respected and all things considered, I will conclude that this is definitely one of the best hotels in Massy.

Un hôtel très propre, luxueux et quasi neuf. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est excellent.
