Everything was period correct, from the furniture, the paintings, draperies, etc. We especially liked the sherry and biscuits served starting at 4 PM. The breakfast buffet was fine with the usual offerings. Staff was very courteous. The hotel bordered on Japantown and we found a wonderful 10 seat udon restaurant less than a block away.
