"The Wi-Fi was useless. Maybe two bars and the connections was unstable. Parking was fine. The room has definitely seen better days. The desk chair height adjustment wasn't working. The lighting in the room was minimal. Lots of badly patched walls in the the bathroom. I have it on my list of never again."

"Breakfast was okay. Bagels were "institutional" (I'm a native New Yorker, so I have high bagel-quality standards). There was no "regular" black tea, only herbals: mint, orange spice, chamomile, raspberry, and one other I'm not recalling. The service was excellent. The room was comfortable. Although "wheelchair (or rollator) accessible" was good for my partner, I missed having a standard desk chair."

"I loved the hotel, my only issue was not being able to use the pool & hotel because of the large amount of kids in pool. Should be longer time periods for adults & balance with cleaning the pool after…. YOU COULD VISUALLY SEE THE DIRT BUBBLES IN THE WATER…. Breakfast amazing."

"Dont stay here. Upon checking in I was told they were overbooked. While I had booked a 2 Queen bed room, I was given a room with 1 Queen bed and 1 Sofa. And that too the room was MISERABLE. It had a 20 ft by 5 ft Table in it and smelt moist and moldy. I complained and asked for a room I paid for. The front desk wanted me to take that HORRIBLE ROOM or contact Hotels.com for Refund. I asked the person to get the Manager and process refund. Miserable place. Hotels.com - Remove this Listing from your charter."
