"Multiple times card key didn't work Front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional No lock on windows on 4th floor. Windows opened completely for a body to fit out of Rug had rug nails sticking out and cut foot open Tub and toilet leaked Room was 80 degrees heat and ac broken, we had to sleep with window open. Room was next to a bridge and it was loud all night We have pictures to prove "

That was after the first rooms bed was broken. Sarah went above and beyond for me allowing me to shower in the handicap room even after we had to move because of the bed. "
