The hotel was clean and tidy, we had a good stay. We had a family room which I will say is tiny, was a tight fit for the three of us and we found the master bed quite hard, but could be preference... Overall good stay, breakfast was very good.

Hilton Birmingham Metropole
Room had an ensuite which did not have a door and was open to the bedroom, therefore the shower was at the head of the bed and worse still the toilet was just in one corner of the room. Went to reception and was told that was what I had booked and therefore there was nothing that they would do about ...
