Hilton Birmingham Metropole
Visited for a work trip at the NEC. Convenient walking distance to the NEC and resorts world. Restaurants, breakfast and gym and spa were lovely and clean and the rooms were nice too. Nothing bad to say really! Would stay again!

ibis budget Birmingham International Airport - NEC
Window blind broken, constant “whistling” noise from pipework, no sockets/charging ports next to bed, TV tiny and picture display was terrible. No kettle or iron in room. Food was ok, staff were friendly.

Rude staff Hotel needs a huge renovation / improvement but it’s changing from Ibis to Marriott. Hope it makes huge upgrade
