"One of the best extraordinary exceptional stay in our life. The hospitality, the breakfast , the dinner better than out side the hotel. The hamam was the best in our lives. Thanks to shaymaa and her sister. And all the staff. We love you, you make us felt home."

"No washer dryer in room. Empty kitchen cabinet. Induction cooker is sealed up. Therefore cannot cook. Two coffee cups, two tea cups and two glasses but only one tea spoon. Breakfast is decent and good. Front desk staff and security staff are helpful and friendly. My wife and I fully appreciate their hospitality and services rendered."

Staff all friendly and helpful, Room cleaned everyday comfy bed couldn’t fault it, yes they have live music in evenings until late but with balcony door closed no disturbance if you really didn’t want to hear a thing but even with door open it wasn’t loud and it’s great for an evening to go and listen to it and have a drink , room was all lovely yes bathroom could do...
