Property itself is beautiful and feels like a luxury stay but the service provided is not consistent with that feeling
Issues with checking in where tried to change rooms and willing to pay difference but kept being told could switch to suite. Hotel website as well as 2 other 3rd party sites had multiples of the room available.
Friend in our group - her parents had make all the room bookings and her name listed on room...
