To be met with a wall of "no" regarding timing and a management team that seems to be playing hide-and-seek is a major service failure. They have zero flexibility with early check in and late check out."

"The suite had problems with the AC. I called 4 times and all 4 times I was told 4 different things how it should be fixed. None of it worked, and I had to turned it off for the 4 days I was there. Never had a call or a message from any manager! "

"I stayed in a room with two single beds. I was given two room keys, but my booking was just for one person. I had a friend coming into my room over two nights, we went to a few bars but he didn’t stay with me. When I checked out I was told that I needed to pay about 50USD extra for having a guest despite the fact that he did not stay, and the room is indeed for two people. The air-conditioning was crappy, the single bed was far too small and uncomfortable. Very average hotel, and a very bad checkout experience, being charged extra money. What a rip off."
